Which plan should I start with?
Solo is best if you want one installation for your own business or a first client. Starter is the usual agency starting point because it gives you several installations and more room to package Easy commercially. Scale is for agencies running several branded installs who want the best per-install value.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
Yes. You bring your own AI provider account, such as Claude, ChatGPT, an open-source model or another supported provider. That keeps you in control of usage, model choice and provider billing, and Easy adds no per-token charge on top.
What is a client installation?
A separate, branded workspace for one client, business unit or project. Each installation has its own users, files, agents, memory, processes and connected tools, so client data stays separate.
What happens after I buy?
Your installation is provisioned, you connect your AI provider, and you can start running work. Depending on your plan you also get onboarding and help with setup.
What makes Enterprise different from Scale?
Scale is the best self-serve plan for running several branded installs. Enterprise is for organisations with security, compliance and infrastructure requirements: high availability, dedicated infrastructure, SSO and SAML, custom SLAs, security reviews, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 support, and a dedicated account manager.
